Summary

  1. 1.

    The Wolfe-Krause-grafts (full thickness autografts) have been examined with respect to

  2. a)

    skin temperature

  3. b)

    re-warming time

  4. c)

    perspiration and were compared to control areas on the contralateral side of the same patient.

  5. 2.

    The respective periods after the surgical procedures ranged from 10 days to 36 years.

  6. 3.

    All grafts showed a decrease of the functions under study.

Zusammenfassung

Am Modell des Wolfe-Krause-Lappens (insgesamt 15 Fälle) wurde die Änderung der Hauttemperatur, der Wiedererwärmungszeit und der Transpirationsmenge im Vergleich zur gesunden Haut der kontralateralen Seite bestimmt.

Nach einer Einheilungsphase mit höherer Temperatur und Temperaturregulationswerten fand sich später unabhängig von der zeitlichen Differenz zwischen Operation und Messung (maximal 36 Jahre) sowohl die Temperatur und deren Regulation herabgesetzt als auch die Feuchtigkeitsabgabe gegenüber den Kontrollen vermindert.
