Abstract
Cyclization of 5-substituted 2-(γ-chloroalkyl)benzimidazoles in the presence of sodium ethoxide gave some benzene-and pyrroldine-ring-substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]-benzimidazoles.
