Abstract
9-Alkylamino-β-quinindanes were obtained by cyclization of alkylamides of N-cyclopentylideneanthranilic acids. Their properties and biological activity were studied, the pK a values of the 9-butylamino-β-quinindanes were determined, and a correlation of the pKa values with the σepi substituent constants for quinoline was found.
