Abstract
The changes of the volume associated with the protonising and deprotonising reaction of chelating agents (IDA, NTA, EDTA) was continuously controlled by dilatometric titrations. In this way the mechanism of these reactions can be explained. In addition it is possible to say something about the formation of chelat-complexes.
Zusammenfassung
Mit Hilfe dilatometrischer Titrationen wird die Protonierung und Deprotonierung von Chelatbildnern (IDE, NTA, ÄDTA) untersucht. Dabei kann einerseits der Mechanismus dieser Reaktionen aufgeklärt werden, andererseits lassen sich Aussagen über die Chelatbildung gewinnen.
