Summary

It is reported about a rare case of combined misdevelopment of the arch of the atlas with dorsal aplasia of the arch and persistent tuberculum posterius and fissure formation in the anterior arch of the atlas and shortly discussed literature, development and differential diagnosis.

Es wird über einen seltenen Fall von kombinierter Atlasbogenfehlbildung mit dorsaler Bogenaplasie und persistierenden Tuberculum posterius und Spaltbildung im vorderen Atlasbogen berichtet und kurz auf Literatur, Entwicklungsgeschichte und Differentialdiagnose eingegangen.
