Résumé
Chez les larves de Bufo bufo traitées par le Ca45, puis, pendant 57 jours, par le 4-méthyl-2-thiouracile — lequel inhibe la métamorphose et provoque, chez les têtards de Bufo bufo, une différenciation précoce des gonades — le Ca45 est mobilisé à partir des diverticules du sac endolymphatique et peut être mis en évidence dans les cellules des follicules et dans les ovocytes de l'organe de Bidder.
Les sels de Ca du sac endolymphatique peuvent donc être utilisés lors des processus de prévitellogenèse des ovocytes.
