Zum Nachweis von Haschischinhaltsstoffen im Harn

Abstract

The detection of hashish components in urine by means of thin layer chromatography after previous acid hydrolysis is described. The treatment of pure hashish extracts with hydrochloric acid reveal a relative increase in the tetrahydrocannabinole content over the cannabidiole content; this suggests at least partial conversion of cannabidiole to tetrahydrocannabinole under the influence of acid. Two actual cases are quoted to show that chemical detection of hashish components is possible even 12 or 24 h after use of the drug.

Zusammenfassung

Der dünnschichtchromatographische Nachweis von Haschischinhaltsstoffen im Harn nach vorhergehender saurer Hydrolyse wird beschrieben. Bei Behandlung reiner Haschischextrakte mit Salzsäure konnte eine relative Vermehrung des Tetrahydrocannabinolgehaltes auf Kosten des Gehaltes an Cannabidiol festgestellt werden, was für eine teilweise Umwandlung des Cannabidiols in Tetrahydrocannabinol unter Säureeinwirkung spricht. An Hand von zwei Fällen der Praxis wird gezeigt, daß der chemische Nachweis von Haschischinhaltss toffen noch 12 bzw. 24 Std nach erfolgter Suchtgiftaufnahme möglich ist.
