Isolation of oligonucleotide fragments containing the 5′-ends of nuclear pre-mRNA of Ehrlich carcinoma cells

Abstract

The isolation of pre-mRNA fragments containing triphosphorylated 5′-ends nucleosides is described. The isolation is based on hydroxyapatite chromatography.
