Summary
-
1.
Larvae of the tropical Chironomid midge Chironomus strenzkei Fittkau (Diptera) show after an anaerobiosis of 6 and 12 hours duration at 30°C a distinct repayment of their oxygen debt.
-
2.
There was no significant difference concerning the repayment in haemoglobin-rich and haemoglobin-poor individuals neither at 20,93% O2 nor at 2,8% O2.
-
3.
The oxygen debt was only partially repaid.
Zusammenfassung
-
1.
-
3.
Die Sauerstoffschuld wird nur z. T. zurückgezahlt.
