A familial reciprocal translocation between three chromosomes

Summary

A spontaneous abortion with an unbalanced translocation involving chromosomes 3, 4 and 14 is described. The mother and grandmother of the abortus were balanced carriers of the condition. A marker 9 was also segregating in the family.
