Simultaneous determination of glutethimide, methyprylon, and methaqualone in serum by gas liquid chromatography

Abstract

A gas chromatographic method is described that permits the simultaneous determination of glutethimide, methyprylon, and methaqualone in serum samples. The threshold of sensitivity for each of the three hypnotics is 0.2 mg/l.

Zusammenfassung

Eine gaschromatographische Methode ist erarbeitet worden, welche die gleichzeitige Bestimmung von Glutethimid, Methyprylon und Methaqualon im Blutserum erlaubt. Die Nachweisgrenze beträgt jeweils 0,2 mg/l.
