Summary
A method for the consecutive demonstration of hydrolytic enzymes and reticular fibres is reported.
Sections of human spleens are stained with azo-dyes in order to demonstrate the site of the enzyme; this treatment is followed by a modified periodic acid silver method for the determination of reticular fibres. The combination of enzyme detection and fibre-demonstration simplifies the topografic co-ordination of enzyme activities.
Znsammenfassung
Es wird über ein Verfahren berichtet, das nacheinander hydrolytische Enzyme und Gitterfasern darzustellen gestattet. An Milzpräparaten des Menschen wurden zuerst Azofarbstoffmethoden zum Enzymnachweis und anschließend eine modifizierte Perjodsäure-Versilberung durchgeführt. Eine solche Kombination von Enzymnachweis und Faserdarstellung erleichtert die topographische Zuordnung der Fermentaktivitäten.
