Summary

After inducing lung tumors with N-Methyl-N-Nitrosourea (intratracheally) and Dibutylnitrosamine (subcutaneously) in the Syrian golden hamster, a simple method was devised for collecting bronchial secretions. The results of the cytological and histological investigation are described.
