Zusammenfassung
An der Katze werden durch Chlorthiaxanthen leichter als durch Fluphenazin schlafähnliche Kurvenbilder hervorgerufen. Gemessen an der bioelektrischen Weckreaktion wirkt Chlorthiaxanthen in stärkerem Maße hemmend auf das aktivierende reticuläre System als Fluphenazin. Hinsichtlich des Zähmungseffektes erweist sich Fluphenazin bei der Katze wirkungsvoller, was auf die stärkere Wirkungsentfaltung im limbischen System bezogen wird. Die hierzu notwendigen geringen Dosen müssen allerdings über Tage verabfolgt werden.
