Summary
A 150-litre pilot scale fermentation using Trichoderma reesei (RUT C-30) for the production of cellulase is described in which a cellulase yield of 12.0 IU.ml−1 (filter paper activity) and productivity of 75 IU.L−1h−1 were achieved.
