Purification of Ficaria saponins by Saccharomyces beticus, Penicillium rugulosum and Aspergillus niger

Summary

Fermentation of Ficaria tubers extracts by fungal strains resulted in removal of free sugars and hydrolysis of the main saponin. The best conditions of culture were reported.
