Résumé

La colectomie droite est le traitement curatif des tumeurs du cæcum, du côlon ascendant et du tiers droit du côlon transverse. Qu’elle soit réalisée par laparoscopie ou par laparotomie, elle doit obéir à un certain nombre de règles carcinologiques. La mortalité et la morbidité de cette intervention, en particulier le taux de fistule (inférieur à 4 %), sont faibles.

Abstract

Right hemicolectomy is the surgical curative procedure for caecal or right colonic cancer. It can be performed through an open or laparoscopic approach, but implies some carcinological rules. Mortality and morbidity are low with an anastomotic leakage rate below 4%.
