Conclusions

  1. 1.

It was shown that for irradiated as well as for nonirradiated material with fixed parameter d, the criterial expression (1) is invariant to the kind of state of stress and also in relation to the intensity of the minimum creep rates.

  2. 2.

It is suggested to take into account the intensity of the minimum creep rates through the function of the influence of the grain size on the equivalent stress; it was demonstrated that the criterial expression (4) is invariant to the kind of state of stress and to the kind of structural state.

  3. 3.

It was established that the creep rate of irradiated steel may be calculated by dependence (7) for nonirradiated steel, by using as argument some reduced equivalent stress that is a function of the actual equivalent stress and of the parameter of irradiationε.
