Mathematical Design of Industrial Processes

Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

Preproduction may be facilitated by computer-assisted design (CAD) of industrial processes. Assessments of CAD efficiency generally rely on characteristics that cannot readily be formalized for the system as a whole and are only applicable to individual CAD functions. Mathematical models of components consisting of a set of initial elements M and the corresponding relations R between them are listed. Geometric models of manufactured goods are considered. The determination of relations between the stages of process design is outlined.
