Abstract

A theoretical and experimental method for defining the strength and resource of the critical screw joints that act under elastoplastic cyclic deformations, which originate in the most loaded thread turns and lead to their fracture. The method of calculating durability is based on the stress and strain distribution in the nonelastic deformation area in the aforementioned turns of the stud.
