Abstract
The description of the carried-out reconstruction of a double-strand slab continuous casting plant has been presented. The main solutions have been shown and a description of the main technological equipment and automation systems of the technological process has been given. The analysis of the results regarding the reconstruction of the continuous casting plant has been carried out.
