On Electron Scattering through a Single Corrugated Graphene Sructure

Abstract

We analyze the ballistic electron transport through the rippled graphene with the curvature induced spin-orbit interaction. The most general case of electrons that incident at the arbitrary angles on the ripple is considered. The quantization rules for the enhanced transmission through the considered structure are found.
