Abstract

The electrophysical properties of an insulator–conductor composite are studied. It is shown that the introduction of conductive phase in the insulator allows significant modification of the properties of the composite. Extremely high real part of the permittivity of the composite is obtained due to the structural polarization of the heterogeneous insulator.
