Different methods for describing the nucleation stage in supersaturated state decay

Abstract

Different methods used for describing nucleation kinetics including a number of newly-proposed approximations have been analyzed. The causes have been revealed of the appearance of an error in the first approximation of the commonly used method based on the perturbation theory.
