Effect of surface modification of perfluorinated membranes with polyaniline on their polarization behavior

Abstract

The possibility of obtaining composite membranes based on MF-4SK and polyaniline with an anisotropic structure and asymmetric current-voltage curves in an external electric field was considered. The polarization behavior of the obtained composite membranes was studied. As the current density increased during the synthesis of polyaniline, the conductivity of the membranes decreased; the hysteresis on the cyclic current-voltage curve, as well as the asymmetry of the parameters of the current-voltage curves, increased; and pseudolimiting current appeared due to the formation of a bipolar internal boundary.
