Abstract
The enthalpies of solution of crystalline DL-alanyl-DL-norvaline in water and solutions of potassium hydroxide at 298.15 K are determined via calorimetry. The standard enthalpies of formation of peptide and of the products of its dissociation in aqueous solution are calculated.
