Abstract

The optical properties of silver nanoparticles (NPs) obtained by laser ablation and green synthesis are studied. The aim of this work was to form Ag NPs with prescribed properties and to study their absorption spectra in order to compare the temporal stability of Ag NP solutions. The absorption spectra are measured, the electron spectroscopy data are obtained, and the properties of Ag NPs formed by different methods are compared.
