Abstract

Based on the results of field collections in the summer of 2021, the two-colored bush-cricket Bicolorana bicolor (Philippi, 1830) is recorded for the first time for Novgorod Province. The distribution of the sickle-bearing bush-cricket Phaneroptera falcata (Poda, 1761) and the long-winged conehead Conocephalus fuscus (Fabricius, 1793) in Novgorod Province is clarified, and these two species are recorded for the first time for the adjacent territory of Tver Province. The significance of these faunistic finds as a manifestation of the general distribution dynamics of these three species is discussed, and it is supposed that they may reflect the climate changes in recent decades.
