Calculation of Anti-Landslide Pile Structures

Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering Aims and scope

The article considers the design schemes of multi-row pile structures arranged for anti-landslide purposes. Based on experimental studies, a design scheme was constructed in which the landslide soil pressure is transferred directly to the pile shafts and is distributed evenly between the pile rows. A method for calculating such structures, which allows determining the horizontal displacement and the rotation angle of the anti-landslide structure, as well as the forces in piles, has been developed.
