Abstract
The bio-based semi-aromatic high-temperature polyamide PA5T/56 was successfully synthesized by one-step method, which shortened the reaction time caused by the solid-phase polycondensation process and reduced the cost. The product was a bio-based material, which was green and environmentally friendly. Its structure was determined by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The crystal morphology was observed by polarizing microscope. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PA5T/56 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. Jeziorny method and Mo method were used to determine the non-isothermal crystallization kinetic parameters of PA5T/56. It was found that the crystallization temperature decreased, the crystallization range widened and the crystallization time shortened with the increase in cooling rate, and the activation energy of crystallization was 56.23 kJ mol−1.
