Abstract

Green technology has become a wide range of demand nowadays, it has become very important to synthesised the various nanoparticles. This review mainly focuses on the applications of silver nanoparticles, synthesised through microwave and this shows the various applications in the field of pharma as well as in medical sciences. AgNPs have been investigated by various researchers due to its unique properties, electronic and chemical properties. The AgNPs is one of the inorganic nano- material and gives various applications like antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, anticancer, antidiabetic, bone healing property, nematicidal and anthelmintic activity, in water treatment, antiviral activity and also used as sensors and it has many advantages in every field and can be synthesised easily by using plant parts extract which will give different size, shape, structure and activity of Silver nanoparticles.
