Two new coumarins, genglycoside G (1) and gencoumarin A (2), were isolated from the aerial part of Gendarussa vulgaris by systematic solvent extraction, macroporous adsorption resin AB-8, and silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were unambiguously established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC), and HPLC analysis.
