Abstract
Taking Linde L70 helium liquefaction and recovery plant as an example, this paper introduces the optimization and improvement of the system, which is equipped with a set of external purifier. By comparing the recovery helium with different purity, the liquefaction amount and liquefaction rate of the unit before and after the purifier is installed are analyzed, and the energy conservation and economy of the unit are calculated and compared. Considering the energy saving and economy, it is concluded that the energy saving effect of the system is obvious and the economic benefit is improved, after the external purifier is installed.
