Abstract

In the increasingly fierce international competition, the rapid development of high and new technology, the rapid change of customer demand and the complex market environment, how to adapt to the new competitive environment of enterprise management has become the focus of theoretical and business circles. The emergence of supply chain management provides a strong theoretical basis for enterprises to solve the above problems. At present, most of the supply chain innovation comes from product manufacturing and retail enterprises. The next wave of change will sweep the service industry (such as banking, entertainment, medicine and health care, etc.). Through creative supply chain management, service enterprises can quickly gain competitive advantage. Transportation enterprise is not only a service enterprise, but also an important member of the supply chain. If it has high performance and fast response supply chain, it can help customer enterprises to improve the performance of supply chain management.
