Abstract

Multifocal choroiditis and panuveitis (MCP) is an idiopathic chorioretinal inflammatory disease. Prominent vitritis and anterior segment uveitis are commonly observed. The acute inner chorioretinal lesions subsequently evolve into pigmented scars and may lead to the development of choroidal neovascularization (CNV). The clinical, diagnostic and treatment aspects of MCP are discussed based on multimodal imaging results with the reviews of the current medical literature.
