Abstract

We have now examined the role of emotions in different cultural and educational settings, from China to Bhutan, from Germany to Denmark. When we, the authors, began to enquire into the role of emotions in learning, we had knowledge and experience of the emotional aspects of learning and teaching, as educators as well as researchers.
