Abstract
Studied the effect of low temperature annealing on the optical properties of pure polyimide film and polyimide polymer compositions (PI) filled with finely dispersed powder. YBa2Cu3O6+x (YBCO) concentrations of 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 wt%. Found that low-temperature annealing decreases to 3–6 % the coefficient light transmittance in the polyimide film and the change in optical density is not observed, which is caused by the decrease in concentration of free ions in the structure of the polyimide film. Low-temperature annealing of the “PI-YBCO” leads to a partial recovery of the optical properties of the polyimide film.
