Abstract
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a noninvasive imaging modality useful for identification of lesions in the macula, optic disc, and the anterior segment. Several advances in OCT technology have recently improved diagnosis and treatment monitoring of several ocular diseases including uveitic syndromes. These advances include spectral domain imaging with Fourier transformation, swept-source imaging, enhanced depth imaging, and en face imaging. With these and others upcoming, we can image the retina and the choroid with much more detail and reproducibility.
