Die therapeutische Wirksamkeit von körperlicher Aktivität, Bewegung und Sport bei psychischen Erkrankungen wird in diesem Kapitel zusammenfassend thematisiert. Hierbei wird erörtert, in welchen Formen körperliche Aktivität als eigenständiges, kombiniertes oder augmentierendes Verfahren Anwendung finden kann.
