Zusammenfassung
Wesentlich für alle invasiven Manöver an Gefäßen ist neben einer sorgfältigen Indikationsstellung die subtile Vorbereitung und Planung des Eingriffs. Dazu gehören die Ausgestaltung des Operationsraumes, z. B. C-Bogen, Angiosuite, und die Verfügbarkeit geeigneter Instrumentarien und Gefäßersatzmaterialien. Methodisch haben sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten chirurgische und endovaskuläre Standards entwickelt, deren Durchsetzung mit einer hohen Erfolgsrate der Eingriffe verbunden ist. Es gilt nach wie vor der Vollmar’sche Grundsatz für eine Gefäßrekonstruktion: „Schnell, sicher und einfach“. Intra- und perioperativ tragen dokumentierte klinische und bildgebende Qualitätskontrollen, z. B. DSA, SEP, Flussmessung, Dopplersonographie, zur Aufdeckung und Beseitigung technischer Fehler bei.
