Zusammenfassung
Der Verantwortungsbegriff wurde in der Psychologie hauptsächlich in drei Kontexten verwendet: Individuelle Diagnostik der sozialen Verantwortung, Zuschreibung von Verantwortung für Fehlleistungen und Diffusion der Verantwortung. Auf der Grundlage der Definition von Verantwortung unterscheiden wir zwischen Verantwortung in unterschiedlichen Beziehungen und stellen Verantwortung für andere und Verantwortung für sich selbst gegenüber. Im Weiteren richtet sich der Fokus der Darstellung auf Verantwortung im Organisationskontext. Im Einzelnen werden verschiedene Theorieansätze herangezogen: Austauschbeziehung zwischen Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern, transformationale Führung bzw. charismatische Führung, destruktive Führung und ethische Führung. Das Programm der ethischen Führung wird ausführlich im Zusammenhang mit der Übernahme sozialer bzw. ethischer Verantwortung durch die Führungsperson dargestellt. Im Einzelnen werden Qualitäten der ethischen Führungspersonen und deren Messung durch einen Fragebogen erläutert. Die besondere Rolle der persönlichen Abhängigkeit als Auslöser für Verantwortungsübernahme wird an empirischen Ergebnissen verdeutlicht.
