Zusammenfassung

Mit POCT-Systemen können die unterschiedlichen Phasen der Hämostase (primäre Hämostase, Thrombin-/Fibringenerierung, Gerinnselbildung und Fibrinolyse) gemessen werden. Dabei werden komplexe biologische Abläufe erfasst. Bei diesen Messsystem werden meist hohe Anforderungen an Schulung, Interpretation und Qualitätssicherung gestellt. Häufig sind Geräte zur patientennahen Messung von Gerinnungsglobaltests (INR, PTT, ACT) im Einsatz. Das Patientenselbstmanagement der Vitamin-K-Antagonisten mit der INR-Messung zeigt sehr gute Ergebnisse.
