Zusammenfassung
Durch die zunehmende Digitalisierung sind automatisierte und algorithmische Entscheidungen ein fester Bestandteil unseres Alltags geworden. Dabei haben Verbraucher:innen, obgleich der Einfluss dieser Entscheidungen größer wird, oftmals Probleme Systeme ganzheitlich zu verstehen. Wir möchten uns daher mit der Frage beschäftigten, wie Verbraucher:innen sich ein System wie dynamische Preise erklären, um dieser Verständnisproblematik auf den Grund zu gehen. Hierzu werten wir 487 Kommentare aus dem realen Umfeld von Nutzer:innen aus und präsentieren unsere vorläufigen und ersten Ergebnisse einer verbraucherzentrierten Wahrnehmung von dynamischen Preisen. Diese sollen die theoretische und praktische Perspektive ergänzen und zeigen, warum eine Verknüpfung aller Perspektiven für Erklärungsansätze unserer Systeme wertvoll sein kann.
