Zusammenfassung
Im 21. Jahrhundert stehen Gesellschaften mehr denn je vor der Herausforderung, mit vielfältigen und komplexen Problemphänomenen umzugehen. Dies erfordert von Individuen wie auch von Gesellschaften Widerstandskraft. Wie dabei die individuelle und kollektive Systemebene im Kontext psychischer Gesundheit zusammenwirken und zur Förderung gesellschaftlicher Transformation hin zu mehr (Multi-) Resilienz nutzbar gemacht werden können, ist in Theorie und Praxis bislang noch kaum erschlossen. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags werden mögliche Wirkdynamiken zwischen individueller und kollektiver Resilienzförderung auf Basis gegenwärtiger Krisenerfahrungen dargestellt. Dabei werden beispielhaft Ansätze zur Förderung der individuellen Resilienz beleuchtet, die es Menschen ermöglichen, besser mit Krisensituationen umzugehen und das Potenzial haben, auch auf kollektiver Ebene positive Auswirkungen zu entfalten. Abschließend werden Ideen skizziert, wie mehr Multi-Resilienz in Gesellschaften verankert und gefördert werden kann.
