Zusammenfassung
Konflikte unter Schüler/-innen sind ubiquitär. Sie stellen für Schüler/-innen oft eine hohe Belastung dar, denn sie wissen nicht unbedingt, wie man einen Konflikt gut bewältigen kann: Ein guter Umgang mit Konflikten will gelernt sein. Lehrkräfte können ihre Schüler/-innen hierbei unterstützen, indem sie selber gut mit Konflikten unter Schüler/-innen umgehen. Allerdings ist bereits die Wahrnehmung von Konflikten durch die Lehrkraft mit vielen Fallen ausgestattet und der Umgang mit Konflikten wird dadurch vermieden, beeinträchtigt oder sogar problemproduzierend. Das Ziel des Beitrags ist es, den Blick auf die konfliktbehafteten Aspekte des Beziehungsgeflechts der Schüler/-innen zu lenken unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des schulischen Kontextes. Wissen über den Blick der Lehrkräfte auf solche Aspekte des Beziehungsgeflechts wird vorgestellt und überlegt, wie dieser Blick geschärft werden kann und der Umgang mit Konflikten unter Schüler/-innen von der Lehrkraft verantwortlich gestaltet werden kann. In der Einleitung wird argumentiert, warum Schüler/-innen von der Unterstützung der Lehrkräfte im Umgang mit Konflikten profitieren und auch das gesamte Klassenklima; im Hauptteil Zur Wahrnehmung von Konflikten unter Schüler/-innen: Fallen und Herausforderungen werden neun ausgewählte Fallen bei der wirklichkeitskongruenten Wahrnehmung von Konflikten beschrieben und im abschließenden Teil Konsequenzen für Schule und Unterricht wird beispielhaft erörtert, was die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für einen guten Umgang mit Konflikten unter Schüler/-innen sind, also was genau eine Lehrkraft tun kann.
