Zusammenfassung
Vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen, v. a. durch Globalisierung und Digitalisierung beeinflussten rasanten Veränderungsdynamik, die auf Organisationen einwirkt (und von diesen mitgeprägt wird), kommt der organisationalen Lernfähigkeit eine bedeutende Rolle zu. Um sich zu erneuern, muss eine Organisation sowohl aus einer systemischen als auch aus einer relationalen Sicht Austauschmöglichkeiten schaffen, welche die vorhandene organisationale Logik konstant infrage stellen. Aus einer lerntheoretischen Perspektive werden Organisationsmodelle entworfen, in denen die Konfrontation zwischen etablierten Praktiken und neuen Ideen innerhalb der Organisation kontinuierlich über Reflexion bzw. über Diskurse eingeübt wird. Nur so kann eine Organisation langfristig ihre Lernfähigkeit erhalten und Innovationen hervorbringen.
