Zusammenfassung
Das Scaled Agile Framework® ist ein sehr umfangreiches Skalierungsframework, welches alleine durch die Breite, die es thematisch abdeckt, viel Raum für Interpretation lässt. Einige dieser Interpretationen begegnen Agile Coaches in Mandaten, und werden in diesem Beitrag untersucht. Gerade die Änderung der Rolle des Product Owners und Product Managern hat in vielen Mandaten dazu geführt, dass die Grenze zwischen Rollen, welche in Konzernen schon lange etabliert sind, mit der Transformation ins Wanken geraten. Silos, die ein Produkt der lokalen Optimierung sind, werden in Transformationen leider selten aufgebrochen und Metriken laufen trotz der Implementierung von SAFe® in Organisationen weiterhin Gefahr aus ihrem Kontext gerissen und missinterpretiert zu werden. Ist das nun die Auswirkung eines schlechten Frameworks, oder handelt es sich hier um vermeidbare Fehler? Dies wird durch Eindrücke aus der Praxis in diesem Beitrag beleuchtet.
