Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden die Potenziale für die Anwendung Künstlicher Intelligenz im Projektmanagement beleuchtet. Aufgrund der charakteristischen Neu- und Einzigartigkeit von Projekten scheint diese Anwendungsdomäne auf den ersten Blick eher ungeeignet für den Einsatz Künstlicher Intelligenz, deren Verfahren und Methoden des maschinellen Lernens maßgeblich auf umfassenden historischen Daten basieren. Anhand von existierenden Lösungen in Theorie und Praxis sowie der Ergebnisse einer explorativen Interviewstudie zeigt dieser Beitrag, dass Künstliche Intelligenz dennoch einen sinnvollen Beitrag in der Anwendungsdomäne Projektmanagement leisten kann. Dazu wird ein Ordnungsrahmen vorgestellt, der die Anforderungen Künstlicher Intelligenz an die Anwendungsdomäne Projektmanagement einerseits sowie Anforderungen des Projektmanagements an die Lösungsdomäne Künstliche Intelligenz andererseits umfasst. Unter Betrachtung der wechselseitigen Anforderungen dieser beiden Domänen strukturiert der entwickelte Ordnungsrahmen die Einsatzpotenziale für Künstliche Intelligenz im Projektmanagement und unterstützt damit auch die zielgerichtete Lösungskonzeption in Unternehmen.
