Zusammenfassung
Gute Entscheidungen sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil unternehmerischen Erfolgs. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags wird daher zunächst analysiert, was eine gute Entscheidung eigentlich ist. Des Weiteren geht es dann um die Frage, wie Entscheidungen in der Praxis tatsächlich getroffen werden. Aus der umfangreichen Literatur werden exemplarisch drei spannende Effekte ausgewählt: Status-quo-Tendenzen, Effekte von (Über-)Zuversicht und Heuristiken bei der Standortwahl. Außerdem wird es um den Einfluss von Emotionen gehen. Die Frage, wie sich die Entscheidungen weiblicher und männlicher Unternehmer unterscheiden, wird ebenfalls kurz behandelt. Abschließend wird diskutiert, was sich aus den Erkenntnissen für das praktische Entscheiden im unternehmerischen Umfeld ableiten lässt und welche zukünftige Forschung in diesem Gebiet besonders vielversprechend sein könnte.
