Zusammenfassung

Mit der perkutanen Nephrolithotomie (PCNL , syn. perkutane Nephrolitholapaxie , PNL) steht ein minimalinvasives Verfahren zur Entfernung von größeren Harnsteinen zur Verfügung. Sie hat für nahezu alle Indikationen die offene Steinchirurgie abgelöst. In dem folgenden Beitrag werden diese Indikationen, die Durchführung des Verfahrens, Komplikationen sowie deren Management beschrieben.
